Delivery & Pick Up Policy

Pick Up Welcome
Once payment has been cleared and stock is confirmed , pick up is available from our warehouse at 1233 Canterbury Road, Punchbowl NSW 2196.

Delivery Area
We deliver to Sydney metro and surrounding suburbs. Contact us for out of Sydney areas.

Delivery Cost
Delivery cost depends on a few factors such as distance of travel, goods purchased and/or unit or house property. Contact us for a delivery cost quote.

Delivery Service
We will contact you once delivery has been arranged with our truck/van driver. Usually goods which are in stock are ready for delivery within 1-5 days. Scheduled delivery times are estimates only. Custom made orders may take longer. For large bulky orders you may need to give the driver a hand. Two man delivery will cost more.

Acceptance of Delivery
Deliveries may need to be signed for by the customer or an authorised recipient of goods once delivery is complete.
